This beautiful little gem is similar to last years showing a pretty pale garnet color that is not shy to your eye. The aromas are a mixed medley of raspberries, strawberries and pink grapefruit with a slight earthiness in the background coming from the Syrah in this GSM blend. Your pallet is engaged with sour cherry and strawberry lemonade flavors and hints of fresh herbs of lemon thyme and rose pedals. DonÕt be afraid to pair with wine with assorted cheeses as the French do or with smoked baby back ribs as we Americans enjoy over the summer months.

This delicate bright pink colored wine is fresh and vibrant with essence of sweet watermelon and Bing cherry notes in the nose. The flavors burst open with fresh picked strawberries and a touch of tarragon that finishes with mouth watering acid. A perfect wine for a picnic with fruits, cheeses, cold fried chicken or smokey BBQ on a summerÕs day. A bleed off of our Grenache, Syrah and Mouvedre grapes makes it a perfect Rhone Varietal Rose.

Inky purple edges show impressively in the glass, copious notes of sautéed chorizo and chipotle laced black beans followed by plum and crème de cassis. The flavors are bold, like something right out of a Texas barbeque pit, black pepper, smoked meat, grilled peaches and bouquet garni. There is a mouthwatering tension between sweet and savory flavors that sustains a long yet silky finish.
